The Yale Undergraduate Law Journal (YULJ) is a student-written and student-run journal of legal scholarship. As the only pre-law publication on campus, the YULJ aims to reach a wide interdisciplinary audience by allowing its writers to explore the various aspects of law which they may find interesting or relevant in our time. The journal has three branches: our eponymous law journal, a semi-annual publication featuring long-form papers, published in print and digital forms; our blog, a digital platform that frequently publishes shorter-form articles on pressing legal issues; and our podcast, an audio platform where students and legal scholars can join in vigorous discussion.

In addition to publishing undergraduate scholarship, the YULJ works to create opportunities on campus for students to learn about the law, explore diverse legal careers and pathways, strengthen alumni relationships, and foster undergraduate connections with leaders in the field.
